This Refund Policy applies to purchases and subscriptions made through johnholliday.net (the "Site").
Newsletter and Free Membership
The newsletter is free. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email—no refund is applicable.
Paid Memberships
If paid membership tiers are offered through the Site:
- Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
- Annual subscriptions: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. After 14 days, no refunds are provided, but you may cancel to prevent future renewals.
To cancel or request a refund, use the account management link in any membership email or contact me directly.
Book Purchases
Truth Alone Triumphs and any other books are sold through Amazon or other third-party retailers. Refunds for book purchases are subject to the policies of the retailer where you made your purchase.

I cannot process refunds for purchases made through third-party platforms.
Consulting Services
Consulting engagements are governed by separate signed agreements. Refund terms, cancellation policies, and deposit requirements are specified in each individual consulting agreement.
No deposits, payments, or fees are collected through the Site for consulting services.
Digital Products
If digital products (e.g., templates, guides, courses) are offered through the Site in the future:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
- Refunds may be denied if the product has been substantially accessed or downloaded
- Each product listing will specify applicable refund terms
How to Request a Refund
For any refund requests related to Site purchases:

- Include your name, email used for purchase, and reason for the request
- Allow up to 7 business days for a response
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
